Richard Barlow's 60th Birthday Celebrations

Saturday 15th March saw the celebration of Richard's 60th birthday with a lunch in the Institute followed by a party in the evening. The event was thoroughly enjoyed by all as can be seen in these photos by Gordon Nowell.
