Buckden Christmas Lights Competition 2011

The  Buckden Christmas Lights Competition Organising Committee (BCLCOC) has announced the results of the hotly contested 2011 lights Competition.

Overall winners this year were Anne & Dudley Close, pictured right holding the much sought after winners banner.

BCLCOC chairman, Ted Salmon, revealed that this this year the decision had been exceptionally difficult with a number of truly stunning displays. Indeed, Mr Salmon revealed that his personal choice was the display at the village shop - however he was out-voted by the other members of the committee, who felt that Anne & Dudley deserved the prize by a whisker.
