Location: Walden - a circular walk, from West Burton
Distance: Approx. 6 ml
Meet: Outside The Buck Inn in time to depart by 10:30 am
Transport can be provided.
Bring a picnic lunch.

Buckden Walkers 'Evening Stroll'
Date: Wednesday 11th June
Location: A circular walk based on 'The Old Hall', Threshfield
Distance: Approx. 3 ml - taking about 1hr 30 min.
Meet: At 'The Old Hall' in time to place your food order before starting the walk at 6:30 pm
Depart from outside The Buck Inn at 6:00 pm - transport can be provided.
Non walkers are encouraged to join us at The Old Hall about 8:00 pm.
Buckden Walkers - Sunday Walk
Date: Sunday 15th June 2008
Location: West Burton & Morpeth Gate
Distance: This modest 5 ml. walk is divided into 3 almost equal but quite contrasting sections. Very scenic - bring cameras!
Meet: Outside The Buck Inn, in time to depart at 10:30 a.m. Transport can be provided.
Bring a picnic lunch. Optional pub stop afterwards in West Burton

Additional notes: This modest 5 mile walk is divided into three almost equal but contrasting sections, first across fields to Aysgarth Church, secondly along the banks of the River Ure past the lower of Aysgarth's series of three falls (Lunch stop), before heading towards the remains of a chapel, and thirdly an exhilarating ridge walk back to West Burton, with glorious views, via Burton Force.
