Buckden Walkers Evening Stroll - Wednesday 10 August

Nine Bridges walk

Wednesday's stroll has now been reorganised to start and finish at Linton as the Buck has been unable to open it's kitchens for meals.

We will start with cars from The Buck at 6.00 or you may meet us ready to walk at 6.30 from the front of the Fountaine Inn at Linton.  There should be enough parking.

 The route will take in the disused dales Railway, Linton Falls and Linton Church which is being kept open for us.  The route is good under foot with about 6 squeeze stiles and one easy step-over stile and is 2.5 miles long, getting back to the pub at approx 8.15.

The Linton Room at the Fountaine has been reserved for 20 people but dogs are only permitted in the bar where tables cannot be reserved (no problems anticipated).  Non walkers can arrive earlier.  Menu choice can be made on arrival.
